AOL users: If you're having technical problems, please make sure your AOL browser is updated for JavaScript by accessing Keyword: 128Browser.

Once your AOL software is updated, you can access the section you had been working on from the CollegeforTN.org homepage.

If the problem occurs again, please notify us through the contact information section of the CollegeforTN.org Student Support page and we will help you.



The minimum browser requirements are:

  • Internet Explorer 5.5 and up for the PC
  • Firefox 1.0 and up for the PC
  • Netscape 7.2 and up for the PC
  • Safari 1.0 for the Macintosh
  • Netscape 7 for the Macintosh
If your computer can support a later version, we always recommend getting the most recent version.

To download the latest version of Firefox go to the Mozilla download page.

To download the latest version of Netscape go to the Netscape Browser download page.

To download the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer go to the Microsoft Internet Explorer download page.

AOL users can upgrade by going to keyword: upgrade inside AOL.
